15. Whole Milk for complete freedom from Fever Blisters

Whole milk is a rich source of proteins called immunoglobulins. These proteins are essentially anti-bodies and they combat as well as prevent viruses including herpes that give you fever blisters. It also contains monocaprin that has antiviral properties and thus, effectively speeds up recovery. Whole milk also has L-lysine that inhibits the functioning of amino acid known as arginine.   • If needed, apply petroleum jelly (Vaseline that we discussed in the earlier remedy)
  • This will relieve your pain as well as fight of virus that cause fever blisters.
